Group Friendship Exchange – Turkey

Throughout October – November 2012, the Rotary Club of Bendigo South in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Bendigo Sandhurst hosted a group of Turkish Rotarians as part of a group friendship exchange.

The exchange concluded with a joint Rotary club meeting at the Kangaroo Flat Sports Club, with Australian Rotarians and guests being given an overview of life and Rotary in modern Turkey.

After leaving Bendigo, our Turkish friends ventured off to Echuca (Victoria) for a few days, before returning to Melbourne Airport where they departed home for Turkey.

These are friendships that will hopefully last long into the future!
